At our online mall, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.Our dedicated QC and QA teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check the Item information before buying. At our online mall, returning is as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. So, we've got you covered! Please Contact US within 60 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process.
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 60 days of receiving.
Contact our Support Center as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations.If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 60 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 60 days warranty time-frame.
2. Worn, used, tear up the trademark, or misused items.

- Contact Us and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.
2. TAKE SUGGESTIONS
- Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you with the detailed instructions.
3. RETURNS THE GOODS
- Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through local post office.
4. REFUND OR EXCHANGED
- Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.
1. Please Contact Us within 60 days starting from the day you have received your order.
2. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items sent back directly without our Return Staff assessment or go signal. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
4. Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. We cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to us. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
5. We do offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages will be refundable.

2. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees will be refundable.
3. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
